Hello
My name is Alex. I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, which means I work across a wide range of different forms of counselling and therapeutic practices.
I work this way because I truly believe that each person is unique and no one type of therapy can offer everything to everyone. This allows for counselling that is uniquely tailored to YOU and YOUR concerns.
My practice includes:
Person-Centred Therapy
Psychodynamic Counselling
Attachment Theory
Relational Approaches
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
If you would like to read more about integrative counselling, please do check out the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) website here
