My name is Alex and I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I work within a specialised range of evidence-based counselling methods (including person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT therapies). This approach is designed to be adaptable, flexible and always tuned to - and guided by - YOU and YOUR concerns.

Qualifications
I am a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited by the UK government's Professional Standards Authority (PSA). I hold a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Level 4 Higher Education Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling, and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours (BSc. Hons) in Psychology.
I have undertaken training and provided services with charities helping people in crisis. I am devoted to ongoing development and regularly undertake professional training as well as clinical supervision.
Where Am I Based?
